What creative or personal aspects did you include in your wedding?
We travelled to New York from Nova Scotia, and eloped! It was just us, which allowed us to focus on each other the entire day.
What was the biggest thing you did to save money?
The biggest thing we did to save money was to elope! We had no guests, and Simply Eloped took care of everything for us.
What’s the best advice you have for planning your wedding now that you’re on the other side?
Our best advice would be to let someone else do the planning!

The willow tree we had our ceremony. We had it in the North Woods section of Central Park in New York City.
